Our Process from Grain to Greatness

At Annalaksmi, quality begins at the source. We meticulously select premium rice and urad dal, soak them in mineral water overnight, grind them using traditional Coimbatore machines, and ferment them under controlled conditions. Every step is monitored by our trained professionals to ensure you get a product that’s fresh, safe, and delicious.

  • Authentic & Locally Sourced

    The process of producing our batter, begins with selecting high-quality rice and urad dal sourced from trusted suppliers. The raw materials are of premium quality and are stored under hygienic conditions in well-ventilated rooms. We ensure that our storage facilities remain clean. There is no compromise on the quality and purity of our materials.

  • Traditional grinding methods

    for authentic texture.

    After thorough washing at least 2-3 times, the rice and dal are soaked overnight in mineral water, following tried and tested age-old methods. Once soaked for the required duration, the rice and dal are ground separately in the traditional way using high-quality grinding machines sourced from Coimbatore. The process is strictly monitored by our employees.

    The batter is fermented naturally , allowing it to rise and develop a light, airy texture. This process enhances the nutritional value and digestibility of the batter.
